Ready to Dive Into Real-World Training?
The field is our classroom. We team you up with a seasoned water tech expert for a hands-on journey through up to 4 installation and service adventures! After mastering the ropes, you'll take on a solo test mission of installation and service. Ace it, and you'll emerge as a certified graduate of Water Installer School. Welcome to the elite! 👨🔧💧🎓
Do students get paid for training?
Not during the shadow training portion but on your test install and service calls you will.
Is there a cost to join the Water Installer School?
Yes, $197 (one time fee) which is refunded after you complete and pass your test installation in addition to your regular pay.
Why is there a fee to join the school?
Our goal is to ensure everyone we train is fully committed enough to invest a small amount to be trained so they can become a professional water installer.
Am I guaranteed a job after I graduate?
Yes, all graduates are placed on the rotation schedule for service and installation jobs as they become available immediately following completing the water installer school!
Do I have to travel?
Yes jobs can be anywhere from 1 to 3 hours away from your home location
What is expected in School?
To Be early (on time is late) Understand you are responsible for your own transportation, Be Coachable, Learn from Your Trainer and help however you can, stay respectful and professional at all times.
